What are the opening hours?

We are open from on everyday at 20h00:

  • From 20h00 until midnight
  • From 20h00 until 03h00 on Fridays and Saturdays

Online orders are accepted until closing time. After that, no new order will be accepted until the next opening day.

Can I order alcohol or cigarettes?

If you are over 18 years old you are able to order alcohol from our site. However if you look younger than 18, the driver will ask you for a proof of age (only ID, passport or drivers license). In case you cannot provide proof that you are 18 or older, the driver has the right to refuse to give you your ordered products, you will be refunded your order amount, however the delivery fee will not be refunded due to the cost incurred.

You cannot order cigarettes from us, no matter your age, as it is strictly forbidden to deliver any products containing tabaco to an individual's place of living in Luxembourg. (For more information visit Art.9.5 from the Code de la Santé)

What are your payment methods?

Currently we accept the following methods:

  • On website payments through Paypal and Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Electron, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, Diners, CartesBancaires, and Discover
  • Upon delivery payments though either cash or card

Can I order during the week?

Yes you can order every weekday, including sunday, from 20h until midnight!

Livery+ reward program. What is it?

For every euro you spend, you get points.

Collect a certain number of points and exchange them for rewards.

I've placed an order outside the opening hours. What do I do now?

If you have placed an order outside of our opening times, you will be contacted and asked if you'd like the order to be canceled or delivered during the next opening day.

Manual cancellation: If paid, your order will be refunded. It might take 2 to 5 business days, depending on your payment method, for the money to arrive in your bank account.

Automatic cancellation

Your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically if we don't have an answer from you.

What can I do if I cannot find my favorite product in the Livery shop?

Even though we want to offer you all of your favorite products, we have a limited list of products that we are constantly updating.

How much are the delivery fees?

The delivery fees depends on the delivery zones.

Currently there are two different zones:

Zone 1 = 9.45 € Free delivery for orders of 75€ and above

Zone 2 = 14.45 € Free delivery for orders of 75€ and above

These fees will help us cover all the costs related to delivering your desired products to your spot.

Is there a minimum order price?

Yes the minimum order price is 15€ excluding delivery fees.

How long is the delivery time?

The delivery time for every order in zone 1 is 60 minutes, for orders in zone 2 the delivery time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is valid for all orders, no matter the delivery zone.

It is possible that your order arrives earlier.

You can keep an eye on your order with the tracking provided via Email with each order.

What do I do if my delivery is late or hasn't arrived at all?

I live in a building without an elevator. Can I still order via Livery?

Yes of course! However, if you live beyond the 2nd floor we ask you to kindly come against our delivery staff.
