Delivery Policy

100% of your orders are fulfilled and delivered to you by the Livery team and/or its partners.

The standard delivery fee is 9.45 € for Zone 1 and 14.45 € for Zone 2 unless stated otherwise on the check-out page.

We only deliver orders within our delivery areas. That means that, in case, you ordered from an address outside of our mentioned areas, you will not receive your order and will receive your refund within 5 business days.

In case we forgot to deliver a product from your order, you can opt for a refund and a 15% discount, or delivery of your missing product free of charge.

When delivering your orders we always try our best to get to you as soon as possible and within your chosen time frame.

Please note that force majeure events, such as traffic and weather conditions can impact our service and lead to late deliveries or even cancellations of orders.

On the arrival of your order, the driver will either call, write a message, or ring the bell. Our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes. If there is no communication from the client, the driver is allowed to leave the place and your order will be delivered in the next available time or even cancelled and refunded (only products).

In case you decide to cancel your order and the driver is already on its way to you, you'll get a refund for your products but not the delivery fee.

 

Return Policy

You benefit from a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the day you have received the delivery of certain products that you have ordered, without having to give Livery a justification.

In accordance with Art. L. 222-9. of the Luxembourgish Consumer Code, you cannot benefit from the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal in article L.222-9.7 of the Consumer Code for the following products:

  • Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly

  • You have unsealed Products after delivery and they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

IMPORTANT: you cannot get a refund on products that you have opened, that have been damaged, or that expire quickly.

​The later includes products from our Zero-Waste category that may be expired, have damaged packaging, or be past their best-before date. These products are offered at a reduced price to help reduce waste. By purchasing from this category, you agree that these items are non-returnable and all sales are final. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your purchase, understanding the condition of the products as described. Thank you for supporting our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.

Your refund will be handled from Livery within 5 business days, however, it can take 2 additional business days for the money to be back in your bank account. The refund fees are taken into charge by the buyer and can reach up to 9.45 to 14.45€, depending on the delivery zone.
