Livery is an online convenience store that offers an express delivery service via www.livery.lu. Our Products range from groceries, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, food items, hygiene articles, household articles, gift articles, school and everyday items, and also zero-waste items which are further explained below. By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your access and use of our services.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.livery.lu if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Make sure you read these terms and conditions carefully as signing up for an account on the livery.lu website as well as every order done via this website means approving the terms and conditions stated below and above.
These terms may or may not be updated without informing you, accepting the terms while checking out means that you are up-to-date with the changes.
The prices and services provided by Livery will be identical to the prices and services applicable at the end when the user wants to order products from our page. All prices are indicated on the website with VAT included, such as our products, and the delivery fee. It may be that an item is discounted, in this case, the discounted price is the correct one.
Product pictures are on the site to give you a general idea of what you get when you order on our website. However, it may happen that the product you receive is not exactly in the same packaging as shown on our website. This can happen due to a change in packaging from the manufacturer, or from uncommunicated changes in packaging from our suppliers.
Our Zero Waste category includes items that may be expired, have damaged packaging, or be past their best-before date. These products are offered at a reduced price to help reduce waste. By purchasing from this category, you agree that these items are non-returnable and all sales are final. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your purchase, understanding the condition of the products as described. Thank you for supporting our commitment to sustainability and waste reduction.
We strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occur. Prices are subject to change without notice. You'll recognise a product in our zero waste category by the orange or yellow background of the product image, the product title containing ‘Zero-Waste’ or ‘Anti-Gaspi’ and the product description containing the expiry date of the product and a text about Livery's zero waste / anti-gaspi initiative, or just one of the before mentionned.
The alcohol section of our website falls into the restricted products segment. The users that want to buy alcohol need to be a minimum of 18 years old and provide a correct answer to the age verification question, in addition to having read the page disclaimer at the bottom of the page verification pop-up. If one of our drivers has suspicions about the age of the recipient, the client is asked to show his legally authorized ID, Passport, or driver's license. Other documents will not be accepted.
If the client is underage and the delivery driver has already arrived at their door, the client can receive a refund on the alcoholic products ordered. The delivery fee will not be refunded at all and additional charges of up to 9€ need to be paid for the refund costs.

Please note that we under no circumstances promote the consumption of too much alcohol. Livery Sàrl-S is not responsible for any harm or injury that may be caused by the excessive consumption of alcohol. It is the user's responsibility to drink responsibly and in moderation. By using the company's products or services, the user agrees to hold the company harmless and indemnify it against any claims or liability that may arise from the user's excessive consumption of alcohol.
There are a few payment options available on the website, such as Card, PayPal and on location payment through cash or card. No other payment option will be accepted for the time being.
You benefit from a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days from the day you have received the delivery of certain products that you have ordered, without having to give Livery a justification. Only products that are in their original and unopened packages can be returned. In accordance with Art. L. 222-9. of the Luxembourgish Consumer Code, you cannot benefit from the fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal in article L.222-9.7 of the Consumer Code for the following products:
Products that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly
You have unsealed Products after delivery and they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
IMPORTANT: you cannot get a refund on products that you have opened, that have been damaged, or that expire quickly.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, but it may take an additional 2 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account. Refund processing fees, ranging from 7.45€ to 14.45€, will be borne by the buyer.

Orders are delivered from our stock location in Luxembourg City center within the selected time frame. However, unforeseen delays may occur. You will receive updates via our delivery Tracking Platform regarding your order status.
The products will be delivered within the time frame you have selected, however, it may be that the delivery takes longer than the promised time. Once you have ordered from our store, you will receive updates via Tookan on your order status with details on when your order is being prepared, when it is on the way, and when the driver is nearly there, and you should get ready to receive your order.
If the client is unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes and attempt to call at least twice. If the client remains unreachable, the driver has two options:
If there is a secure place to hide the delivery bag and no alcohol was ordered (as ID verification is required by law), the driver will leave the order in front of the door or in a hidden spot and notify the client via Tookan, SMS, or call.
If no safe location is available or alcohol was ordered and age verification could not be performed, the order will be canceled, and the delivery fees will not be reimbursed. In case the client has ordered alcohol with Livery before and we have verified the age of the customer before already, this clause may not apply.
Additional refund fees of 7.45€ to 14.45€, depending on the delivery zone, may apply. In addition, the delivery driver may ask you to give him proof of delivery via Tookan, for that you can either sign on the driver's mobile device or get a picture taken with your order if you are fine with that, the driver might also take a picture of surroundings of the delivery address (Streets, Parks, Cars, People, Buildings) as proof of delivery.
When delivering orders we try our best to get to you as soon as possible and within the chosen delivery time frame. Please note that force majeure events, such as traffic and weather conditions can impact our service and lead to late deliveries or even cancelations of orders.
The areas that Livery will deliver your products to can be found here. Please note that we only exclusively do deliveries in certain municipalities in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the time being.
